Shipping

Shipping Information:

• Sikainuo ships to anywhere in the world, we have different shipping method for our customer's comparation.
  
  
• Most of the electric side step's weight is about 35~40kg for one set,  to different country, we have different shipping option like express, air shipment, sea shipment and truck shipment. Pls kindly check carefully with our service stuff before order.
  

   

• Orders are processed and shipped within 7 days of placement unless otherwise stated.
  
  

• Tracking information will be sent to you for each package shipped out.
  
  

• Delivery time: If shipped by express, normally it will take 10~15 days in total. If shipped by sea or by truck, it will take 30~40 days, and different from country to country. Some times shipping time will be affected by longer customs clearance times or public holidays. If you haven’t received your package based on the above estimates, Please kindly submit a ticket in your account for help.
  
  

• Some countries charge import taxes and duties upon reaching customs. We will send your items with a reasonable low value in order to avoid high custom tax. If you do get taxed in unpredictable situation, we are unable to pay for the tax.  These charges are the responsibility of the buyer. Sikainuo is not liable to these additional charges once the package is shipped to you.
