Is the electric side step waterproof?
Yes, all the connections and motors are 100% waterproof, swing arms and side panels are of aluminum alloy material, won't get rusty.

What distance does the panel can get down when extended?
About 10~15cm.
- What's the temperature does the motor working?
Between -30℃ ~ 70℃， when temperature below -30℃, we suggest to disconnect the wire harness connection to protect the motor.

Do I need to drill the holes to mount the bracket?
No need, all the bracket we designed to use original holes in chassis.

What's the connection mode?
Most of the cars we use OBD connection or signal wire (CAN) connection, and some old cars would use magnet sensor to read the signal.

What's the maximum bearing weight for the panel?
At least 300kg.

Can this electric side step be with light?
Yes, we can add LED strip below the panel, and with mobile APP to control the lighting mode.

We provide 2 years warranty.

How long will it take to receive your order?
Most orders are prepared within 4~7 days after your order placed, and shipping time is different from the shipping channel selected.

Will you hit custom taxes if purchasing from us?
Products is of high value, normally it would be levied custom tax, and some countries have special channel for shipment which could avoid the tax, pls contact the customer service for double confirmation.
